SOCIAL MEDIA INVADING LENT

I'll admit it, I'm into social media... a bit... I guess. Facebook sucked me in. It's more of a tool for me now to evangelize than anything else, but I still use it. In fact, long story short, it was kind of the inspiration for this blog. I signed up for Twitter a while ago, but I'm never on there. Will I start using it more? Who knows. Still, it's hard to argue, especially in the Internet Age, that social media has invaded our lives online. You can escape it, sure, it's easy -- turn your computer off!!! Actually, that's not a bad suggestion during Lent. I found a couple of posts about social media invading Lent on a website called "First Things." Ever heard of it? I haven't. Ah well, that's the beauty of the Catholic Internet #what?
