OPENING THE DOORS TO MERCY

I always say that next to the Eucharist, Reconciliation is the single most important Sacrament that baptized Catholics need. Through confession, Jesus Christ wipes away our sins. Through our priests, our relationship with God receives healing. That's why, I believe, the Sacrament of Confession needs to be more available for everyone. When is it scheduled in your parish? From I've seen in my area, Saturdays at around 4 o'clock is the time most Churches pencil that in. If you're lucky, your parish priests will offer it more often, like before every Mass. What do you think?
